friendly staff amazing selection
the staff were very friendly. breakfast at the adjacent hotel was great and had an amazing selection. i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries, great breakfast

The room was very modern. It was also super clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was at the Romantic Hotel. It was superb. The location is very convenient. It is a short walk to the ski lift. A ski bus stop is close. This made reaching Kaprun simple.
Check in seemed like a quest. The device for online check-in did not function. I contacted staff by phone to get room access cards.

The hotel is centrally positioned, providing simple access to various bars and restaurants. Ski lifts are also located nearby. This allows for convenient transportation to different attractions. It makes getting around very easy.

complex check-in excessive noise
The hotel lacked a dedicated reception area. check-in required navigating to a sister hotel nearby. this process was not clearly communicated beforehand and added unnecessary complexity. the room was also noisy. street noise from nearby bars was disruptive, especially late at night. Sleep quality suffered as a result.
